He takes pride in helping architects, owners and developers achieve their desired result, while also ensuring that a building works. His value as a team builder and as someone clients turn to for input is combined with a personality that is infectious. Doug ensures that every project receives the care and attention that S+A prides itself on. Here's how Doug reflects on his role as a builder at S+A: "I am frequently asked to be the primary contact for projects but once people see the talented engineers we have, they very quickly develop a level of comfort with the project manager who is ultimately engineering the project.
