Principals of the firm directly control each project, and are complimented by design, drafting and supervisory staff, many of who are long term employees. By the direct involvement of a principal, clients benefit from our experience in selecting systems, preparing budgets, carrying out preliminary design, co-ordination with the Client and Architect, maintaining schedules and control of system cost. Emans, Smith, Andersen Engineering Ltd. has been operating in Calgary since 1976 under the guidance of the founding principal, Scott Emans. Emans, Smith, Andersen Engineering, Ltd. has completed several major office buildings in Calgary including Bankers Hall Phase II, the Millennium (Ernst & Young) Tower, Shell Centre, the Calgary Municipal Building, Calgary Eaton Centre office building and shopping mall, Canadian Occidental Oil (635 8th Ave) Headquarters. Our ongoing involvement as base building engineers, and in tenant work for many projects, ensures that we are up to date on owner and tenant issues and concerns. |
